To start, I reccomend you join the Discord server here.
In the server, you can begin putting your signal reports into the "#signalreporting" channel.
If the report is of a new signal to the Effort, has a message from the signal (with a full transcription), has a recording, or is a DX (far range reception) and has a location of reception,
it is added to the site.
